Netflix 360 update is 'Just for Kids'

Very cool update for those with kids. I checked it out a little while ago.

A new upgrade to the Xbox 360 Netflix app adds the "Just for Kids" menu, which lets children and bronies navigate by choosing popular characters or kid-favorite genres, and offers access only to age-appropriate material.

The "Just for Kids" menu is new to Xbox, but has been in place in the Wii's streaming app since November, and on PS3 since March. We can see it being useful for families with children; for everyone else, it's an easily skipped menu option that occasionally pops up when the app opens.

Ps3 had it for ages, or atleast the eu version has.

The 360 update has to be built to fit into the NXE, all functions, etc.

Just wondering since the Wii had it since November then PS3 had it in, March and finally Xbox is getting it. Don't know how difficult it is to add such an update on each hardware or restrictions they might of had.

Xbox apps are all taking longer due to the Kinect motion and voice integration with the Bing search and UI design.

I just told my sister about this so her son can use it. Good stuff.
