Silent Hill HD Collection patched on PS3, Xbox update cancelled

Yeah but at the time, Ghost of Sparta wasn't even announced, they COULD have put Chains of Olympus on there but Sony had a lot coming for PSP in 2009/2010 so probably didn't want to include them.

I do think they shouldve included a voucher for SH1 in this Collection though, and given 360 users an XBLA Konami game to make up for it or something.

From what I understand, SH3 has only the new voices (no option for originals). Silent Hill 3 is my favorite of the bunch, so new voices just will not do for me. It'd be like replacing David Hayter in the MGS collection. No prob, though, because my PS2 games aren't going anywhere (or my PS1 games, or my SNES games, or my NES games, or my Coleco games, etc.)

Its good that they did something for the 360 owners of the game. Dropping the patch is bad, if I played it on 360 I would have been pissed. Choosing a free game won't fix the S.H. collection but it might fix some public relations issues.
