I went to best buy to buy crysis 2 for the PS 3.so i played the vita for a while they had uncharted running.the vita is awesome.

That's how I played it before buying it, except at a Gamestop. I knew then I was getting one.

im loving mine. a majority of my time has been spent playing MLB 12 the Show and the Metal Gear HD collection, and i spent a lot of time playing Mortal Kombat and Uncharted Golden Abyss. I have yet ot pick up Gravity Rush or Unit 13, which will probably have to take a back-seat for a little while longer as Ragnarok Odyssey is coming out soon and im looking forward to that. I could care less about PsOne classic support seeing as how im probably only going to use it to play Final Fantasy VII for the first time, and Final Fantasy VIII for the umpteenth billion time.

Its nice to see a positive post thread about the vita. It seems vita owners are 50 50 they love it or they are disappointed. Glad to hear ur enjoying it!

if only i can get mine to shut off and boot up normally! after i hit the red shutoff indicator on screen, the vita goes into a standby mode(blue light is still on). it will not boot back up unless i hard reset it(hold the power button for 20 seconds) and restart the vita, which sets the system back to default settings....its annoying

Nice to see the thread, yep. Some love it, some don't. I love it, and don't. What split does that go to? Lol. I don't think any of my systems; psp, 3ds, dsi, 360, ps3, will, PC, could ever be 100% on the love factor. They all have things about them that I dislike. They all have things about them I love.

Welcome to the forums jayman. Yep Sony are positioning themselves nicely for a price cut, ESPECIALLY with those recently announced badass collections (R&C, GoW, inFamous) at such good prices. Those added with the Uncharted and resistance bubdles will mean that late adopters can jump on board with a cheap console and pick up its best titles at a cheap price. Could be a great xmas if they play their cards right.

If you took the word Vita out of the Vita doom and gloom articles and replaced it with PS3 and then compared them to those old PS3 doom and gloom articles they would match word for word.

I love my Vita aswell, what i realized is that even though i owned Wipeout HD on the ps3 because of the online shutdown promotion. I never really got into it. But owning a Vita i took advantage of a game deal and picked up Wipeout 2049, and it has become my most played game on the Vita, and even on console Since my family has pretty much took over my ps3 (Damn you ps3 interenet browser with the ability to play youtube Zumba Workouts for my Girl)

I would absolutely pick up a vita if it gets a decent price cut or an awesome bundle. Those memory card prices though
