Dexter hit it's iceberg with Season 5 unfortunately. Haven't been able to right the ship since. At least though, it should end on a decent note... better than a bad one.

Personally, I enjoyed Lumen more than this one.

It's losing momentum now that Isaak's dead. But the next episode looks good judging from the promo.

Deb's accident will likely be a result of her pills, with Dex believing Hannah did it. Wouldn't be surprised if Deb lets Dex believe it so that he'll stay away from her. I think he'll kill Hannah because of it and Deb will feel really guilty about it and tell Dex, leading to a rift between them.

I too preferred Lumen to Hannah, shame they wrote her out of the show they way they did. Let's see if LaGuerta gets the knife!

Okay so I'm finally all caught up now and I must say I'm really excited for the final episode. I think Hannah is an awesome character and I quite like her and Dexter's relationship.

So with Laguerta out of the picture - at fucking last, she was a total bitch - how is the final season going to pan out? First of all, what is going to be Hannah's game plan, what was the deal with that flower being put outside Dexter's door?

How is Batista going to cope with the death of Laguerta, is he going to continue working with the police department to catch the killer?

Unless I missed something surely they will trace the bullet back to Deb as she shot her with her gun didn't she? So much for Dexters decently planned out murder scene.

I have a feeling next season will be all about Deb and Dex on the run. Harry mentioned it to him after all. I just hope it doens't end with Dexter being sat in the Electric Chair! Decent season overall

Looking to start a new series whilst everything is on break. Decided I'm going to do The Wire, Shield and Sopranos. Not sure on the order yet though

Couldnt of put it better myself. And season 7 was good, not great, but good. But Jennifer was a stand out.

Homeland? Well, the 2 main actors dont keep winning the best actors awards for nothing! Its defo in my top 3. Great acting, great writing, awesome show. Premise is a marine held hostage for years gets released but has been brainwashed by the al queade and only one cia agent can see that he is a terrorist, but it goes soooooooooooooooooo much deeper than that!

Oh my god, I cannot wait for the next season! It HAS to end after season 8. It has to go out with a bang. This is how I picture it. Dexter finally realizes that the one true love of his life is Debra, after what she did for him in this last episode by shooting La Geurta. I think that proves she loves him more than Hannah, and Dexter didn't have to break his code.

So, after they fall in love, the Captain realizes that La Geurta was right all along, and feels bad for ever doubting her and making fun of her. He puts together a team to get Dexter and Debra. They are literally on the run, at least they should be. It's only the logical outcome of this. But, the twist is the team he's putting together is all of Dexter's freinds on the force, so it will be hard to turn them against Dexter until he shows evidence. At that point, their personal beliefs, feelings and thoughts about Dexter might change or corrupt because they want to protect him.

Either way, the Captain is putting a team together and they are on a manhunt to get Dexter. As the seasons unfolds, the media makes Dexter famous. He's either like the Zodiac Killer or Bonnie and Clyde, but I'd like to think that if the media makes a huge story about him, that people who watch TV in that universe will cheer for Dexter's and Debra's escape, because what Dexter did is "right" to many people, as many people on the planet wish they had the courage to be vigilantes and take justice into their own hands.

So they cheer for Dexter and Debra, and Dexter and Debra become the Bonnie and Clyde of Florida state, known as the Avengers of Justice. Yeah, ok, that's cheesy, but this is how I would write the last season.

Anyway, Dexter and Debra get caught at the end in this massive stand off. They try to escape, but they got shot down and truly die together. But because of their death, televised live on national television, viewed dozens of millions of people, more vigilante copycats like Dexter emerge from all over the states.

They kill in the name of Dexter, they kill in the name of personal justice.

End of Dexter, the series.

At least that's how I want it to end.

The show is good, but unfortunately no part of it deserves an emmy anymore. It's just not on top like it use to be.

I'm the complete opposite, I think it's more on top than it ever used to be. I didn't like the season 3 at all, I thought it was a step down and too slow. I also didn't like the season where Lumen makes an appearance.

But more importantly, I wanna know why you don't like Dexter. I always see you talking negatively about the show, but I want to see specific examples of why you think it's bad?
