Acouple of PS+ snippets for September (EU)

Starting with a 25% discount on the plus subscription in September, increase in cloud storage to 1GB and Red Dead Redemption being the first free game for plus subscribers:

First off, Red Dead Redemption will be September's free game of the month -- at least in Europe. Secondly, worldwide users will now have 1GB of cloud storage space (compared to the 150MB they have now). Thirdly, PlayStation Plus will be coming to the PlayStation Vita soon.

Also, if you're in Europe, you can nab PlayStation Plus for a 25-percent discount in September.

I have some cash in my PSN wallet and was considering buying plus especially with the games on offer at the minute but will wait for it to drop £10 now
Also interested in how Plus will interact with the vita as well, some full game trials etc would be spot on

Ross, is the 25% discout on PS+ also going to apply to whoever wants to renew the service or is it just for new subscribers? Does the 12 months stack on what I have left?

Hello, yeah that was a little bit ambiguous – 25% off for all purchasers and yes of course, you can stack the 12 months on top of your current subscription.

Good news about rdr..even tho i sold it ages ago..will sub for another three months...couldn't give a toss about vita support..things dying on its arse anyways...glad i didn't buy one.

Go into account management -> services list -> PS Plus. Something like that, I cant access my PS3 atm I'm afraid

OR you can press triangle on a PS+ downloaded game on and click information. There will be an expiry date there, that's when your sub ends
