Yes Radgamer, it looks brilliant!
Here's some hands on impressions:
http://www.stfuandplay.com/story/con...a#.UHg26VHuyt-The PS Vita version was almost indistinguishable from its console counterpart. The game looks as gorgeous as it does on an HDTV and plays just as well. What’s cool is that points earned on the Vita can be transferred over to the PS3 version and vice versa. This is going to easily be the best racing game on a handheld when it’s released.
Awesome. With a feature like that I wish they went with cross-buy though. Or a higher price for the two packaged together

all I can say is I told you so...
Always going to be shortcuts taken.
Still a fine effort though.
http://thevitalounge.com/most-wanted...affic-on-vita/He stayed around to speak a little in the comments on the Blog, where when asked about the amount of traffic he said:
“There’s less traffic in the Vita version.

Yep, like it was associated with common sense... there would be cuts made.

You can tell from the video above the traffic on the vita will be less, only 1 car showed up in terms of traffic ( and he still crashed into it :P)
Could be quite disappointed if its as dead as it looks in that video. Does the more ram not make it possible to have as much, if not, more cars?

The RAM is a good thing for sure, the cpu isn't as "beefed" up to handle as much processing the PS3 can.
-

Pretty sure its mostly a CPU thing imo.

I'll be picking it up an launch day from Best Buy for $20.

The traffic isn't as much as Burnout Paradise even on the console versions. But yeah the Vita game has slightly less - not a deal breaker by any means. I've seen some videos where traffic is more and some less. Depends on time of day in the game etc

It's burnout paradise + cops lol. It'll be a great game for sure. Can't wait to get it on the Vita.

Lol, alright......anyhow, I think I'll pick this up on PS3. I am surprised Sony didn't try to get them to do the buy one version and get the other version free. That would have been nice.

Really don't know what to get this for. Vita or PS3. Is it possible to transfer one save file to the other console with this?

10-21-2012 #43"I think all those developers who are saying, "We don’t want to do a PS3 game," or "It’s really difficult to do it," should shut up and make their games. If you have time to complain about it, then you should be spending your time working on getting the most from the hardware."

No I'm fairly sure you can't. But I did read that autolog remains the same so XP carrys over via your psn profile. Something like that - can't find the link, sorry
Yeah you'd think it was fairly obvious it wasn't going to be a like-for-like port. The Vita is a handheld afterall. Having said that it is mindblowing they managed to throw their new city on there with all the cars and very good visuals and FPS too. Vey impressive! And we're still in the 1st year of the VitaLast edited by Nitey; 10-21-2012 at 14:59.

If they don't do some cross-buy promo at launch (which I think would be smart on their part) at least perhaps cross-buy dlc. Cars and dlc etc should be opened up to both when purchased at the very least.

It was just like Burnout and just like other typical racing games nowadays but want I miss on NFS Most Wanted is the Car customization.

I've been really enjoying this title so far. People have complained about the traffic density but, even if it is less than the PS3, the roads can still feel busy.
