Hey guys, sorry if this has been asked before but I'm heading over to China and HK next month and thinking of grabbing a vita. I understand most of the small issues regarding importing but was just checking the vita will play nice with my Australian ps3, ie. Remote play, cross play, general compatibility. Cheers guys

PS vita from HK questions

Yeah it'll work perfectly fine with your Aussie PS3
. Vita's around the globe are pretty much the same product as far as I know. Vita's get locked to the region of the PSN ID that is tied to it, not to the region it is purchased from, so make sure you grab it and plenty of games

One more question, looking at vita games on taobao, they are about 30 bucks ie. bargain
I realise that as with the console, dlc is going to be sketchy (I do have HK, US and JP accounts though) but my only concern is compatibility of different region games for things like remote and cross play. Can anyone confirm for me whether region matters with these features please? Thanks again!
