Not looked at the links but the wording in the OP says they are 'encouraged' which isn't the same as 'want to' so you could argue they're still being raped if these girls don't want to do it.

Rape is rape and its wrong. Its not only about power

Its also about the ability to mess with a persons head. Also you do not need to have power to rape, pick a person up at a club or bar and sleep with them and they can cry rape. So power might be a stronge point. But rape can be cried and were power is not needed

So rape is easy, power is control. So cry rape and you are fucked. Having power over someone, gives you control over their mind set and that is were you control them. Crying rape is even harder to control, because ypu only met the person that night, therefore you do not know what goes on in their head. You only need to find a easy target, were you think you can fuck with their head. Were you pick someone that is strong minded, its going to be a lot tougher.

Time for some interesting points:

Who ever said rape is about power? Thats a curious thing to imply with them term rape...

After watching the show I think its OBVIOUS why there isnt alot if any RAPE in that area if anyone, they are having sex seems like everyone is getting laid!

Also not mentioned by anyone these teenage girls in the video SAID "ill have sex with them after i asked about their background" Then proceeds to tell about the TYPE of guy they will or will not sleep with based on their social and personality status. So then whats the difference there from anywhere else?

Females qualify and disqualify who they will or will not sleep with the SAME way the only difference is they don't have a sex hut in their teenage years. So sex is not "free" to indulge because you have to be selected by another to have sex, its not like you just walk up to women and have sex with them its the same selection process all over the world with the exception of countries that have arranged marriages.

Yes obviously rape is wrong and alot of factors go into why it happens and by what type of people do it and for what reasons. The main point in the video was in regards to the sex huts and not rape so why the topic mentions rape is a little misleading to me based on the video.

Also you'd be shock to know that SERIOUS std's HIV/AID's is 1.5% of the population in Cambodia however i wouldnt recommend you have sex with anyone there and the US army will warn you as well if your stationed in countries like that LOL.

False accusations isn't limited to rape accusations, I'm not sure that has much to do with the discussions. That's a totally different type of power trip. It's also far more common. Some are called psychopaths. They have no connection to other people and cannot empathize or put them selves in the others shoes. psychopaths are quite common, and many never amount to much more than your asshole boss. They make great business men for example.
