I can't say I'm completely against abortion or for it because quite frankly, life doesn't work in absolutes. I do know that a life is a life is a life. With that said, in the rare instance that an unborn cause undue distress to the mother-to-be an abortion is acceptable. Rape is not one of those instances. What I'm referring to is when an unborn's issues is in danger of killing the mother-to-be. In the rare instance that it does, abortion is a viable option only in that the loss of one life is better than the loss of two. I know it's not what many want to hear or read but it is what it is.

Being home schooled explains alot, you live in a bubble and not the real world.
In the real world (Australia) sex ed starts in grade 6 which for us is the last year of primary school before high school, these kids are like 11yo. With proper teaching and informed children better life choices can be made. Unlike your bubble world some of us can't cope with giving birth just because we have fallen pregnant, even with the use of protection, for some of us if we don't turn up at work tomorrow we don't get paid.
If that high school girl had been handed a condom, been more informed of her options she wouldn't have been stuck trying to flush a baby down the toilet.
Telling someone to not have sex untill a certain time will NEVER work. We all mature differently and women earlier than men, once those periods start coming so do the sexual urges.Last edited by mickice; 08-23-2012 at 16:38.

LOL I love how the misinformed stereotype with the small information that have on something they know nothing about. Because I was home schooled I learned 3 languages, traveled more places before I was out of school then you probably ever will, and learned more then any high schooled kid because I was not trapped in a school. So don't pass off your bullshit of living in "the real world".
Mickice, you never cease to amuse. I have two sisters, both of which are married, and have children. Both had held jobs, and attend college during those nine months, and only stopped working once the child was born. If they can do it, why can't any other girl?

Rape ? Baby kills her if she goes through with it.
Sex is great but accidents happen.
Pulling out doesn't work. Pre cum bro. Pre cum
Oh yeah because growing up in a foster home is such a great life.
Well said.
Oh yeah because that's a fucking great idea.
Yeah because not knowing what's happening is totally the best idea.
Ensoulment us around the 20 week mark.
Because everybody is different mate. Opportunities. Some of the people I worked at Harrow school with could have a baby now and they would be ok in life. However some of the people I went to school with of they got pregnant life essentially over.

I'm pro-choice. Abortion sucks, and I don't think anyone is "pro-abortion," but I'm not about to tell a woman that she has to put her life on hold to raise a child just because the tiny bundle of a handful of cells in her uterus is TECHNICALLY living.

But you do, because your sister could do it doesn't mean EVERYONE can. You have no idea the living conditions and circumstances some girls in this world face. It's far to easy for you to say 'save the life, she will just manage like magic and life will be a disney movie'.
Or she could have the baby, not attend work, lose her job, lose her house, join the welfare system, mix in with the wrong crowd, start selling crack, get addiceted herself...
Take off those rose tinted glasses mate, you are an intelligent guy but your mind is closed off from reality.
Expect the worst, because it does happen.Last edited by mickice; 08-24-2012 at 00:47.

If you are so sure that I lack knowledge enough to understand living conditions and situations of every pregnant girl in the world, where is the proof that you know enough to correct me? Life is not a Disney movie, life can be shit a lot of the time, but that doesn't mean that everyone should just take the easy way out cause its easy.
Thats as bullshit as saying that you will end up murdered if you get married because you might cheat on your husband, he might find out, then in a rage, kill you. I can make up bullcrap too man, you go from one extreme to another, and bring forth an extreme situation just like I did.
I have never worn rose tinted glasses, my knowledge comes from what I have seen, and heard. The stuff I have heard about the world just from my grandfather is enough to make a grown man shudder. So don't think that I don't know the bad side of things.
I live expecting the worse, and praying for the best. I expect that things will spire so far down, it becomes a disgusting disease ridden world of rapists, and whores. I pray that people find the knowledge to change./UPSET THE ESTABLISHED ORDER AND EVERYTHING BECOMES CHAOS\

see this is the ish that I am talking about.
"yeah you got raped so? put aside your emotional turmoil, spend an arm and a leg on doctors, change your entire life, put aside all of the goals that you thought you had and then 9 months later put your body through something that it will NEVER fully recover from... so that you can TRY to give your baby up for adoption... cuz people EVERYWHERE ARE LINING UP to adopt the bastard child of a rapist"

fuck me.
Yes. I completely believe that you were home schooled. It explains SO much.

pro-life by logic alone means you should be pro- sex education and pro access to contraception...
otherwise... well you're just a prude, idiotic, ideologue who is not grounded in reality.Last edited by DayWalker; 08-24-2012 at 02:03.

Abortion is usually a women's choice and most of them don't take it anyway, having a child these days reaps too many benefits, especially in the UK where a girl can get pregnant and fuck the father off and get all the support she needs from the government + the childs father
Most single moms also have a birth ratio which ironically matches the period they get support for off the government
How many women do you know magically get pregnant again when they are due to go back to work or their money decreases
Thou I don't think abortion is always the answer, I don't think it should be always offered, more required
There are certain requirements to adopt a child, I think the same should exist to have one too

How many people have you known that have had a child and never fully recovered? A woman can have a child and be back to what ever she was doing by the next day. But I guess in your eyes child birth is like a chest buster popping right on out.
And if anyone has been paying attention, sex ed ain't doing jack shit for any direction. Offering access to contraception is again supporting sex before marriage. But to you and mickice, men are just fucking machines, can't be stopped or controlled.
Do us both a favor, and go back to watching the Broncos.

fact- womans body is never the same after pregnancy. Some recover better than others. Some worse than others.
and no- YOU are the one that thinks that men (and women? why did you leave them out?) are just machines... thus they must be kept stupid otherwise they'll go out and make unsafe choices.
Do us a favor. Go outside, there's a big world outside that bubble your parents fucked you with.

So that really doesn't affect anything. Like I said, I've known women who have had more then one child, some even requiring a cessection(might be spelled wrong).
No, I know that people can't control their urges for sex, if you inform them of how, its like opening the flood gates. And when I said machine, its more just because you and Mickice firmly believe that its ok for men and women to just fuck like animals.
I've been outside today, and yesterday, and everyday since I was born and raised. I guess you guys are too single minded to understand a very simple truth, but its just about as much as I expect from you. And you think I live in a bubble. ugh... i bet you are pale, skinny... or obese.
...and obviously socially awkward...
Um- pregnancy does effect things. Period. There's no argument to be had. And I love how you skipped over all the emotional turmoil involved... not to mention the financial obligations involved with carrying a baby to full term... not to mention that adoption isn't a walk in the park either...
give people knowledge, they'll make knowledgeable choices. pretty simple. Most people don't like the idea of genital warts, HIV, and or a baby they don't want nor possibly can't afford nor support. Educate them and they will make better choices.
And there is NOTHING wrong with pre-marital sex. NOTHING.

4 ways girls go about doing this
1 don't get rape
2 keep it
3 kill it
4 give it up.
girls does not want a kid they should pick 1 or 4
they wanted to be mom they should pick 2
nobody should never pick 3

Very mature for a guy your age. Name calling really brings out the best in people.
I know there is emotional trauma, as well as financial problems that come with territory. But I know a real simple to keep that in check, be married with a husband that can support you before you get pregnant.
Giving young sex crazed kids info like that is not really giving them information in which to make mature decisions. They aren't mature enough to think straight.
Once again, thats your opinion and I respect that. But to me, there is a lot wrong with it./UPSET THE ESTABLISHED ORDER AND EVERYTHING BECOMES CHAOS\

I don't know whats its like else where but here in the UK abortion isn't considered killing at the early stages as its not considered a life, thou the timeframe is very short
But then again I can't see someone being pregnant for so long and then deciding they don't want it unless theres a really good reason.
