    What's it like in Sydney?

I've been wanting to go to there and i have the money. I don't know if it's worth it though. I just wanted if you guys have been there and get some opinions on it.

Remember that i'm going to die is the best way I know to avoid trap of thinking you have something to lose, you're already naked, there's no reason not to follow your heart.

Damn, I always wanted to visit Australia. You should go dude. Ask DarkVincent, x6teen or VintageElise what's like since they live there. I would go if I where you. There are lots of spiders there, even in come creeping in your car and homes, but I doubt it's like that in the city of Sydney.

Yeah,i forgot them guys live there. I've heard good things about it. Spent my day looking at videos on youtube of sydney. Some of the there say it has a boring night life contrary to the day time. As for the spiders, i'm not scared of them but i don't want them crawling in my bed either. especially that one in the pic!

I doubt you would have spiders that big in your home...unless you decide to explore the wildlife...I'm assuming you'll be staying at a hotel? How long were you planning to stay in Australia?

We'll i haven't figured it out yet. I wanna stay at least a week but I have to find a good flight service first. I know what i wanna see like, blue mountains, manly beach, darlington beach, and there's a bridge you can go on top of it. I can't remember the name of it and i'm thinking about surfing, scuba diving, and spearfishing. (Haven't made my mind up on spearfishing yet). I would personally like to live there but i hear there housing is expensive. Also, i will be staying in a hotel so i'm looking for a hotel/flight.

I would stay for two weeks at least, given the hours you're flying and the money you're paying.

Its not bad man, the public transport is pretty shocking though, and the city is hard to find your way around if you're not familiar with it. - But I suppose smart phones help a lot with that.

There is heaps to do, you have to check out the Zoo and Aquarium/Wildlife Park at Darling Harbour those are awesome

Don't go to Sydney! Melbourne is where it's at! I've been living there 1.5 years myself, met my girlfriend and will apply for a partner visa next year that grants me unlimited residency for Australia.

Sydney is for tourists, Melbourne has the real flair.

I've visited Sydney, thought it was quite nice.

IN terms of public transport, I thought it was good. Though this is comparing it to Auckland...

    Auckland at 10 is semi-surprising.

    But I get it.

I think locals always tend to bag their cities, most of the time, one way or another. You don't always realise how good you have it.

If you are after some fun Sydney is the place to be. I know because I live here
Beautiful harbour delights night and day, plenty of pubs and clubs, kingscross, opera house, china town.

Transportation in the city is quite good, we are friendly people so just ask anyone for directions.

I wanted to visit Sydney since I got some family there too.
That was until recently, then I met my one of my cousins who live there. He was such a pain in the ass that now both me and my gf don't want to go to Sydney.
