To me, it just seems like a waste of space to have two versions of the one character. Why does Cole get special treatment? Why is it a second actual character with different moves? Why not just have an evil skin instead, I feel like its using up a space on the roster that could be used by a new character... 2 coles but 1 of everyone else like why lol

It's a different character lol. I don't see a problem with that, or any actual negative aspect of having him.

None of the other characters are multi faceted like Cole. None of the other characters have any kind of lore or in game mechanics that would warrant it. I think it's fitting that both Coles sides get represented.

That makes sense. It's probably just official then.
@F34R it looks like there gonna jam everyone in there because they have 3 party, first party, and they have to have rivals like heichai and toro. Also, they have good vs bad like cole and there's no telling on how many more times there going to do that.

I don't know because the pre orders are kinda weak and it i don't know if it's advertising, characters, or just a lack of interest. They need to announce all of them and have a commercial that shows the most requested/popular characters duking it out.

I'd go with advertising as the worst reason for pre-orders. That's just a thing Sony doesn't care much about. Telling people about their products. It's like they think all their customers automatically KNOW what's coming out, it will be AAAAAA and fun!

If i was Sony, i would make the shortest commercial ever. I would be like hey it's Sony and we have a game come out. It came from us so buy it. It's amazing! *Shows game* *shows release date*

I can see him making a commercial and he's picking a character and he clicks himself. He just starts owning everyone. I wish they would let him introduce himself as a commercial.

Sometimes they were really cheesy, but mostly freakin' funny! I think he could actually do a pretty epic advert for this game. That, and since it's been a while, it'd surely be loved to death here by me and a lot of others.

Yeah, but everyone does love him. If you look at e3 2010 everyone was going crazy when he arrived.
I hope sony knows that this game has a lot of potential and advertise it before it gets released.

Snake was already in SSBB and so I think they intentionally decided to shy away from it. In addition Revengeance\MG:R (whatever its called now) is coming out fairly soon so I'm sure the developers like the free press for the character.

And yea, I think Evil Cole should have been a costume.

I hope Raiden's alternate is Grayfox >
