Yeah, it's been happening to me too, and I've heard this happening to other people also. It seems like it happens every couple of days. I usually turn it off and come back to it a few hours later (or the next day) and it works fine, so I'm not really sure what it is, something wrong with their servers I'm guessing.

Maybe that's why Black Ops had a huge spike in players yesterday. There were 425k players online on Xbox 360 yesterday and it is normally only around 150-200k these days.
