Well the average amount of schools that people apply to is ten to twelve, and I'm applying to thirteen so it's not a ridiculous amount. Some people even go for fifteen schools.

I did 4 but only really considered 2 of them. I think our guidance counselor required at least 4 and that's why.

Heading into my 5th and final year now. BSE in Computer Science.

However, I'm a lazy asshole and haven't done any internships or anything yet.

Cool thread

Well had a nice surprise today. Dad turned 50 yesterday and for that we're going on a family holiday next month to Dubai and he's paying for it all . Just have to wait and see if my older brother can get time off work and if he can then we're all set, so hopefully that falls in place

Apart from that just been spending time with the family. Lived out for a couple years and have been back just a bit before summer and will be commuting to University from now on. Final year ahead and while I don't think I'll have to be in classes as much I will definitely be kept busy with the amount of work there will be to do. Strangely nervous for some reason...But I won't be back for over a month yet so that's all good!

I joined the gym when I got home as well, and started taking it quite seriously too, which I didn;t think I had the capacity to do lol. I can say that 3-4 months later I feel a lot better for it.

I'm broke as hell these days as well. Waiting to get my lecture/seminar schedule so I can see what days I'm off to start applying for jobs. I won't make it to Christmas with what I have right now

As for me, I've had Neurological Lyme Disease the past couple months. I've been to a bunch of doctors and it took a while to finally figure out what it was, as I've been feeling dizzy, lightheaded, and have had difficulty moving for the past couple months. I'm glad I don't have multiple-sclerosis or anything permanent, as Lyme Disease should go away with antibiotics, which I have to take for a month. I really want this to go away, as it's very annoying.

Things keep going from good to bad to worse. Steadily getting better, then getting worse. :/

Trying to interpret some poetry right now, fucking hate that. And got accounting work to do too. Working nearly everyday. So I'm busy as fuck.

Well I had a job at GAME but as some of you guys know they have completely shut down Australia wide. So now I'm currently studying Interactive Digital Media, its only a 6 month course but I do subjects like Design, Web, Video, Art, 2d Animation etc. And hopefully before its over I'll find out what area I like the most and do another course specialising in that.
On the side I work at Toys R Us now... not getting many shifts because I'm casual. But thats okay because I hate the job its a very very disorganised place and I hate carring things around all day haha. But its enough to buy the odd game and pay for my transport and stuff (Still living at home).

Yeah... pretty exciting stuff haha. Also I have an overly attached girlfriend who drains a lot of my time and money

Nothing much going on with me. I made through my first month of classes at my new college. I'm not sure if I should take some classes in the Spring or take a break. Man, taking both Microbiology and Nutrition in one semester is tough.

By the way, I could strangle the people that spread the belief "Online classes are super easy!!!" <.<

Not much going down in my mundane life. Starting to take music a lot more seriously now, enjoying DJ'ing a lot more and my shit is getting much tighter recently. Kind of regret selling my two CDJ's a few months back now, I hardly used them and decided to sell them and buy Serato as i prefer spinning wax. Going to treat myself to a new 4 channel mixer, 2 more SL1210's and maybe SL4 over the next year or so and try and get better at beat-matching 4 tunes and managing the drops. Should be stressful fun!

I'm also looking to save up for a Macbook Pro and get Logic Studio (I mess around with Reason 5 every now and then) and start dabbling in production with an AKAI MPC or NI Maschine.

Not trying to make a living from it, it's all for personal fun and games. So pretty much music is the center of my life at the moment.

My brother records music he does it for fun we built a simple studio set up in the spare room at his house. Its great for drunk recording sessions lol

Lol I feel you on that he seems to be on point when it comes to how he wants it to sound.

To be honest I'm not sure what he has I never mess with it obviously he's running a Mac system he's always updating it but ill asked him next time I'm at my lil bro's house. All I did was help build the recording booth. When I was younger I was into recording and all that now I just use my talents to win Karaoke content lmao
