This is one series I just can't seem to get into. There is such thing as too much freedom IMO, makes it a bit too aimless.

Well you didn't actually have that much freedom in the first one to be honest. You just followed your questline pretty straight forward. But the RPG elements with skillpoints and the elemental damage made it totally awesome. I'm really looking forward to playing BL2, but this time I'm getting it for PC.
