    Anyone remember Brave Fencer Musashi?

I haven't played the full game but I remember trying the demo. Sadly, I don't remember much about it. I also did a quick search on Wikipedia and it looks as though this game has yet to be re-released outside of Japan for the PlayStation Network.

Thanks to Kwes for the avatar!

A nice, nice zelda clone. I heard they got a 2nd part in japan. It would be great if there was a 3d part on current gen. B ut, SquareEnix train of thoughts is derailed, so I don't think this will happen.

There is a sequel but it's not exclusive to Japan. It doesn't look like it was very good either. That would explain why we haven't seen a third game.

I remember the game being $15 at the time. Tried the demo before and loved it. I regret not buying it(I bought Doritos, Mountain Dew and a Burrito instead ;__; ).

This game is brilliant! A great little underrated gem, shame no one knows about it.

I bought BFM for the demo of either Final Fantasy VII or Parasite Eve (I forget which) and then returned it. Heard it was good but never got around to going back and trying it out.

PSone game and the PS2 reboot, were both great games, they just didnt sell well. And being that they're both Square titles that probably explains why they haven't been re-released, Squeenix has been pretty tight-assed about their games, probably because they want to wait until the last possible iota of interest is about to vanish and then tease a reboot and slap down a reissue of the old versions for purchase again.

I was actually playing this last night, controls feel so clunky and dated now.
