The rep system only allows you to rep a certain amount of times in a 24hr period, AND a limit per person that you rep. It does it so that members with higher rep power doesn't spam to other people. With the likes/dislikes, it doesn't have any promotion system at all. You can only give 1"pt" per like/dislike. None of it makes much sense other than, it is what it is. People can like/dislike a certain person until they smile all day for contributing to that persons, or their own, "status".

Good to see you back bro. For however long a time.
I see your point but rep means nothing except to thank or whatever toanother member. So I was just saying that it shouldn't be restricted. Most times rep is just spammed in order to rep another member.
Maybe include it as a sub perk./UPSET THE ESTABLISHED ORDER AND EVERYTHING BECOMES CHAOS\
