Say you are trying your best to dodge the police and their super-fast corvettes: how do you do it? Normally, you would scroll through the EasyDrive and scroll through the menus to add mods. Nor anymore.
If you have Kinect, all you have to do is say “nitrous” and boom – you’re flying down the road. Need some strength added to your chassis? Just say it.
While in your car, say the following in order: “Mods, Nitrous, Burn Nitrous” and your car will “instantly be equipped with an extra boost” that you need.
Slicks for asphalt can also be applied with Kinect. Just Say: “Mods, Tires, Slicks” and it happens.
Sounds neat.
Need for Speed: Most Wanted will launch for Xbox 360 on October 30 in North America, and on November 1 in Europe.

haha that sounds so stupid ... and whats going on with the idea of kinect beeing the only possibilty to implement voice commands?
I don't see why they couldn't do that on PC, PS3, PSV and every other device with a mic.

All this could be done with our standard mic equipped headsets yet MS acts like it can only be done with Kinect.

My guess is that developers know that 20 million households have a Kinect in them with mic support. They probably do not know how many eye toys are out there. That would be my guess. Secondly, developers do NOT have to make their own voice recognition software. It is already done for them. Maybe if Sony made a universal system, the voice tech would hit the PS3 as well.
