retail is normally half the ram that a dev kit has so that means Orbis should have roughly 6-8GB RAM which if the rumours surronding the new xbox are correct, I would say the Orbis will have 8GB.
lol and i cant join neogaf either because I only have a hotmail account and they dont accept them so.

Meh, its not even more powerful or graphically superior to the 360 or PS3. i See it as just a HD Wii with a gimmicky controller. Imma pass. More than happy with my 360
Thanks to Final for the sick sig!

I wouldn't think the controller was a gimmick, or it is gimmicky. However, it is a HD version of the Wii. Much like the PS3/360 are HD versions of their previous gens. I think in order to get on board, you have to want the Nintendo first party games... for starters.

One thing I've had to keep out of my head is "race". Wii U isn't racing... its the same thing I did with the PS3 decision. Which is better? Wii vs them? I basically boiled it down to what each console offers, and if that is something I want. Did the PS3 have ANY multiplat games I wanted? Yeah, but I already had a 360 for that. The PS3 does have games that the 360 doesn't, and features that the 360 doesn't. Blu-ray specifically. During that time period, I couldn't spend the $400 on a blu-ray player solely... when you can get the PS3 with that, plus the content. I wanted to give it a try, and it paid off tremendously. The same scenario is for the Wii U. Is it better than the other consoles? Hell, it doesn't matter (for me). What matters is the features, content, and price. Does the PS3 or 360 have any first party Nintendo franchises? Nope. Do either of the others have a controller that can play the games w/o a tv? Nope... etc. I mean, it just boils down to what each console has. That's why I have them all, and the same goes for the handhelds.
I think we are on the same track here... lol

Quick question about the Virtual Console games. Will I be able to redownload the games I bought from the Wii's virtual console on the Wii U or do I have to buy them again? I know there's a Wii U transfer app but just in case I don't want to use that.
