Hang on in there Chille, it took me all night before my Bee dropped i was on the brink of despair but then the bad boy finally dropped.
Then i started the few hundred Warrior kills to get my cursed 1st Conference Call. it nearly drove me insane!!!

Relates to the end of the game + some cheekyness:

I then found out that by having the quest active for The warrior, gives a almost 100% chance of him dropping a legendary item.. -_-
So i started my Siren, got her to The warrior Playthrough 2, saved a backup to usb incase it failed. Which luckily wasnt needed. If you beat down Jack, kill warrior BUT do not finish off Jack!!! loot with a splitscreen character and then have them save and leave.. Then with your main character, XMB-quit. reload as normal and Wallah, the warrior and quest are reset to the point just after beating down jack. Perfect for farming (be aware that his body quite often obscures the drop, often hiding it from view and from grasp.. as i have found the legendary ALWAYS drops near his head.

Yea, end game gear is bloody badass!!
i ran with a Gunzerker awhile back who was adamant he could consistently hit over 9million..and i dont doubt him. given the right circumstances and correct skill allocation, they can deal ridiculous damage.
Its hilarious when you go back and start a new character and you are doing 11 damage haha.

i ran with a Gunzerker awhile back who was adamant he could consistently hit over 9million..and i dont doubt him. given the right circumstances and correct skill allocation, they can deal ridiculous damage.
Its hilarious when you go back and start a new character and you are doing 11 damage haha.

Vermivorous the invincible next then he a pain in the bottom. But he drops the best mods in the game, that i have seen.
It would be awsome if they gave us an arena of boss fights. Oh if only :/

I just reached lvl 25 yesterday. So far this is my pick for Game of the Year. The only game that may compete, would be AC3.

I am not really finding anything amazing. I do have a gun that shoots unlimited ammo. Never have to reload. I actually found this gun very early on in my game. I am using Moxxi's gun "Ruby" right now, which really seems to work well.

I am also playing as the Siren.

i just got bee and conference call, so im now officially game breaking power

Don't think I'm going to bother with conference call. Unless I get an elemental one. Bee is just crazy. People on the official forums say it should be nerfed. I'm not really happy with how gearbox did leg weapons this time around. I mean in a way it's nice cause I can farm my beautiful hellfires till my hearts content, but everyone ends up having more our less the same gear it wasn't like that in BL (well unless you got duped wepons). Bee should be a random drop. Well I'm sure gearbox knew what they were doing when they introduced such powerful gear. All I want for my siren is nice elemental maliwan gear. Volcano weil be my next target.

So just a little while ago Randy Pitchford (president of gearbox) made a surprise announcement on his twitter that the Mechromancer class DLC was coming a week early and will be available to download today. For those who don't know, this is a 5th class that you can play with and for anybody who pre-ordered the game, they will be able to download it for free, otherwise it's like $10. They didn't give an exact time for when the download will be available but hopefully it will be pretty soon.

I'm really excited about testing the Mechromancer out, and I'm actually going to start a new playthrough with her. Her robot companion looks awesome and some of her skills look really interesting as well.

Well I've gotten to level 8 with Gaige, so I've had a little bit of time to try out the class and see how Death trap works. So far I'm really enjoying playing as her and I think this is a great class for someone that likes to play alone. Death trap is really powerful and he last quite a while as well. His recharge time is pretty long though but since he stays out for a long time I never had any issues with the recharge. Normally I'll go into an area with a bunch of enemies and I'll take a few sniper shots and kill a few of them, then unleash Death Trap, and the time his was done we had always either killed everybody there or gotten really close, so I was never really on my own for too long. That's why I think it's great for people that like to play alone because he does help out so much, and also almost everybody would focus on him, allowing me to snipe in peace.

I have only been able to use a few skill points so far and while they haven't effected my character a lot so far, I can definitely see how after a while you can become extremely powerful with the skills, almost too powerful really. Like Ghost-Rhayne said, "Gaige is ridiculously overpowered lol." and it's true, but I'm still very much enjoying the class a lot.

fyi guys the new patch 1.01 adds new trophies for the first DLC pack. 1 gold 1 silver 1 bronze. It looks like the DLC is called Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate's Booty. Sorry if late

Guys on the official Gearbox forums found this story description for the new DLC (Captain Scarlett And Her Pirate's Booty) in the update code:

Legends speak of Captain Blade's Lost Treasure of the Sands. Of a prize so great, that men would turn the sands red in pursuit of it. Of a pirate queen, courageous and deadly, who would stop at nothing to find it. Of a monstrous Leviathan. Of the Vault Hunters who journeyed to the desert town of Oasis, not knowing the horrors that would befall them.

They’ve also discovered what appear to be references to a new customisable head for each class; a new level of loot rarity called Seraph; new items and weapons including Blood Relic, Anshin Evolution Shield, Scarlet's Greed, 12 Pounder, Little Evie, Stinkpot; and new bosses and raids.


Sounds epic! New rarity weapons and relic's sounds great! Also new locations and missions. Can't wait.

Wow that's amazing, I mean he's already out there for a really long time, now he really will be out there for almost forever! The best friends forever tree is the one I plan on doing anyways, so that works out well. I'll probably put most of my skills into that tree and then maybe some into the little big trouble tree as well, I want the laser skill for Deathtrap.
