Yep, its the calm before the storm for PS3, from November sales will explode (well actually from October now we have the new model).

First week of November you have the Yakuza Collection and Tales of Xillia 2, so PS3 will be at the top even over handhelds that week, then later you have Yakuza 5. I'll have to check the lineup because there'll obviously be more but it's looking likely a massive end of year for PS3 in Japan.

Typical 3ds on top but now with the SS ps3 interested to see how next weekend numbers look we are close to the holidays so shit is about to get crazy lol

Japan doesn't get it until October 4th so I expect a bit of a dip in sales next week while they're waiting for it (unless people are getting good deals on the current slim' clearance).

Another dominate week for the PS3 in Japan. With the the new super slim coming the sky's the limit for Sony and how many consoles they'll put in homes.

Doubt it, maybe FW but PS3 has far too much software this fall even over the handhelds.

Hell they are only missing the PS1 now lol PS2 PSP Vita PS3 all still selling in japan and being supported! Hopefully soon we get to see the PS4 sold along side of these consoles lol
