It's about time they finally do this. When HD remakes started happening, Kingdom Hearts was definitely one of the games I wanted see get the HD treatment, so I'm very excited. It's too bad that it doesn't have 2 in it, but I'm sure they will eventually release that as well, most likely with Birth by Sleep with it.

Oh good, its mainly for my sister she likes the KH games and although she has a Wii & PS3 and DS I don't think she would be happy with it being on another console other then them lol

I've played both games, but what's enticing about this HD collection is it includes the Final Mix version of Kingdom Hearts 1.

I'll be picking it up someday.

Oh man this is incredible, was NOT expecting them to do HD remasters of the portable titles..especially the DS one. I can't wait for this. I'll finally be able to complete the portable games, cause I hate handheld gaming I never finished them. On a big screen though crisp and clear, that is the way these game should've always been IMO.

Its not the first collection to do this, the God of War Collection was released in two parts. I reckon they'll do some sort of bundle whenever everything comes out.

Hopefully, because this is right now just a disappointment for me. Oh well, time will tell. I would love to see HD BBS.

I got to concur with Blacksite there. I felt the same way, feels awkward without KH2..would have slobbed all over it if it was. Seeing now that they might release it separately then its going to be you guys mentioned above.

I agree with y'all about it's a half done collection but it's better than what we have now. I'm just glad i get more than on game and finally get to re live this game.

Atleast EU will get Recoded for the first time, Chains of Memories ps2 was never released in UK

Could be the same situation as FFX since Sony published FFX and KH1 in Europe (meaning they own the European translations), hence they're releasing them separately, then the others that they release will be on Wii U as well.

Also, was slated for a summer release this year. I'll never understand square.
