    Starhawk single player for free

    In an upcoming PS+ update
As well as a load of additional content. This is for the US, whether or not it'll be the same for EU remains to be seen but decent for you guys over the pond

September 25th, you'll be able to buy the entire game digitally for $39.99 or just the multiplayer for $19.99. Want the single-player campaign? PlayStation Plus member get that for free next week.

If it comes to EU store I'd go for the free single player and if I got on with it buy the multiplayer content

Edited to add, also coming to EU instant game collection

Thats awesome. Looks like I'll be resubbing next week. Between this and the Vita PS+ I'll be good to go.

Such a good idea. People who play the free single player can pay €20 to buy the online mates. Effectively reducing the games cost to €20 which is not bad. Sony is releasing all of the updates and maps for this game for free as well. There is a big ass update hitting soon (or already).

It's really interesting what Sony is doing with the super slim launch. I think the Dust update is coming on the 25th too. It hasn't been confirmed but it's coming "at the end of the month".

Before any replies I added the Eu blog as well which states we are getting it next week also

Sounds a good strategy to me, give out free single player, get people interested then charge for the multiplayer. I've wanted to pick Starhawk up but haven't got round to and was going to be a title that slipped under the radar so thanks very much PS+

Well that's a win-win for me, don't have much interest in the MP so I never bought it.. but maybe if I enjoy the SP enough I'll buy the MP part.

    Same

Glad I signed up to PS+ got my money's worth already with only having played 2 games in the current Instant Game collection (just cause 2 and motorstorm apocalypse) and what with the Starhawk single player being free shortly plus the extra updates over the coming year I'm more than happy

Great deal, but I haven't played warhawk ( Don't know starhawk is a direct sequel or not ) and It seems hard to control all those buildings while fighting like Mass Effect, at least in MP mode. Are there anyone who plays it on MP?
