I usually just continue reading after I'm done, unless of course someone else needs to use the bathroom.

For most of the books I read, I try to read one chapter (unless it's a really long chapter).

I actually just started taking probiotics a few days ago, because I've been taking antibiotics for over a month due to Lyme disease.
