    Anyone have problems with vita?

Well I just called customer service and they are shipping a box to me to send my vita back?

My power button broke, I bought it in february, and they didnt give me any crap about it. They said no charge so im happy about that.

I lost my receipt and have no box.

    Thats some pretty good service.

I haven't had any issues at all, but to be fair I've probably only accumulated 50 hours of play time on it. Hopefully it holds together in the long run but its great that Sony is being so good about it

I don't have a PS Vita yet but that's good to hear. No hassle with customer service is great. Sony takes care of their customers.

So, good to see you were right about the initial portion of the process. Box should be at my house in a few days.....we'll have to see if they do anything about the buttons!

Yeah? Wasn't a refurb'd? That would be....outstanding. Picked up Unit 13 about a week ago (surprisingly excellent little shooter BTW) and trying to conceal with a button that's more hot and cold than a pissed off wife on her period is a pain in my ass and feels a bit like the game is saying ""

Out of curiosity, of anybody that HAS had problems......how many (like myself) play a lot of button mashers? For those that have had no issues, do you play button stompers like fighting games or space shooters like ASS for 2$?

Street Fighter, A Space Shooter for 2$ or Mortal Kombat would work. Buttons started to stick after playing those.

I have only had mine for a couple of weeks but it's been fine so far. I do find the battery life rather weak if left on standby. Anyway their customer service has to be top notch considering the system has not hit the ground running, but good to hear nonetheless.
