You begin as the new kid in town facing a harrowing challenge: making friends. As you start your quest the children of South Park are embroiled in a city-wide, live-action-role-playing game, casting imaginary spells and swinging fake swords. Over time the simple children's game escalates into a battle of good and evil that threatens to consume the world.

Arm yourself with weapons of legend to defeat crabpeople, underpants gnomes, hippies and other forces of evil. Discover the lost Stick of Truth and earn your place at the side of Stan, Kyle, Cartman and Kenny as their new friend. Succeed, and you shall be South Park's savior, cementing your social status in South Park Elementary. Fail, and you will forever be known… as a loser.

This will be a day 1 from me. Not sure what version I'll buy, probably PS3 or 360 so I can sit back in bed and play.

South park is genius and i can't wait to see all the random junk shoved in this game

Day one for me as well ill be getting it for PS3 unless it comes out on Wii U I think the gamepad would be awesome in an rpg game but no confirmation yet so its looking like PS3

YES, another South Park like myself! So good to know you! I cannot count how many times I've been on a South Park marathon where I just watch all the seasons in order. They never get old for me. I love the Succubus episode. If it wasn't for that, we would not have the 3-fiddy Internet meme that came over a decade too late lol. Day 1 purchase. I'm pre-ordering this bad boy and whipping up some South Park on the PS-TRIPLE.

No way am I ever buying another Obsidian title on release day lol even on PC.

Will get eventually though since Obsidian are great but their programmers are among the worst in the industry.

That was one of my favourite N64 games. It was so fun. I even have South Park Rally for the N64, but jeeeeez it is fuckin' hard to win in that game because the physics are like ultra-arcade...and the shitty N64 controller doesn't help.

My excitement for this game has lessened the more I hear about it, it's just not the game I thought it was (Open-world was what I hoped!)
I'll give the game a rent, because I'm a fan of the show, but I'm not expecting a good game.
