What is so hard about getting a certain number of kills or doing something a certain amount of times to pro a perk? lol you must be pretty freakin stupid if you think it's "complex". Can't wait too murk these noobs man

Well, if they mean that the perks will actually make sense this time then I'm all for it.
They weren't complicated but they were definitely stupid at times.
Though for BO's defense, they had the best perks since MW so I'll give them that.
IW went too crazy with MW2's perks. It made everything screwy.
I just dont want to have to play different game types to get the pro versions, some of those were a little ridiculous. Mw3 was almost too easy in comparison, other than Sitrep.
