Calling out all designers!!! Everybody here!!!

It's been AGES since the design corner has had an epic signature tournament, so I thought why the hell not have one for a change! A partner competition would be kick-ass in my opinion, but since there aren't as many people around nowadays we'll have to see about at that.

This thread is nothing official though, I just want to see how many of you would be willing to participate in this. I will put up an official thread and explain all the rules if I get enough peeps interested.

If we get enough people to possibly get a team competition going on, then the teams will be settled in this thread aswell.

Fantastic! Anyone can participate! The great thing about a partner competition would be that a lot of things change; if one makes a 'not so good' signature but the other one makes a kick-ass one, then a lot of votes could go that way still. Also the sigs could kinda 'fulfill' each other, for example a Batman theme could have one signature portraying Batman and the other one Robin. The themes overall could be pretty cool too, for example one team could get ''light'' while the other gets ''darkness''.

We could also set up the teams randomly. This would take away the advantage of more talented designers teaming up and would give a better chance for the newer ones. Tell me what you think, I'm merely suggesting.

I'm open for all ideas by the way, this is not an official thread so everything is being taken into account!

It would be two sigs vs two sigs. We could also do a collab competition, that could work aswell.

We need exactly 8 or 16 participants to do a proper qualification style tournament. One thing I suggest is that we divide all teams into two groups, and in the two groups every team will face each other once. From there 2-4 teams will move on the finals or semifinals. This way the tournament won't be over too quick, but it wouldn't take forever like it would take if everyone battled everyone in the start.

We could also mix up the teams AGAIN once a few peeps hit the semifinals, or all the finalists would have to do their battles by themselves! This way, if we get an uneven number of people to divide into proper groups, we could make it work much better.

I'll let this thread rest for a day or two and see if anyone else wants to join before I'll start whipping up the official thread.
