Resistance Collection hits PS3 this winter

The Resistance Collection will include all three of the critically acclaimed PS3 Resistance games from Insomniac Games – Resistance: Fall of Man, Resistance 2, and Resistance 3. Are the online servers still up for Resistance now that Insomniac has dropped the IP? I guess maybe Sony themselves provide the servers? Anyway the first one was good but the other two were mediocre imo so I'll pass. I want the Killzone trilogy pack.

Resistance is one of my favorite franchises this generation and when i saw Resistance: Fall of Man in all its glory i had to buy a PS3 asap!

I already own all these, love them! Anyone who picks up a PS3 this late in the game has sooo many awesome collections to choose from. Epic.

I only had the first and have since sold it and only played the second never owned it.....looking forward to finally playing the 3rd one cause i never had and have read its almost as good as the first...dont know how im going to get thru the second

I know right? The PS3's amazing library is both its success and its downfall. The fact that there are so many great games to play you forget about some games and don't find the time to go back to the awesome and older experiences such as Resistance: Fall of Man.

This collection will be great to play through. Such awesome games. I'm torn which game in the series is my favorite though, Fall of Man or Resistance 3? Both were great. The start and end of an epic trilogy. Resistance 2 was a solid game as well. I put so many hours into the multiplayer going for the 10,000 kills trophy! Good times.

For me the campaign in 1 was the best but 2 had the best MP - particularly the co-op, that was crazy fun. I loved 3 too though, and I think its a great game but the original was 'fresh' ya know.

Oh yeah. Fall of Man was incredible back in 2006. One of the more memorable launch titles for a console i think.

Insomniac Games is still taking care of the servers I believe because you can still play both R2 and 3's multiplayer.

I'm probably one of the few people that prefer Resistance 2 over RFOM. Imo, it goes R2 > R3 > RFOM.

Hopefully RFOM gets trophy support. That's the only one of the 3 I'm interested in. If servers are still up I'm hoping RFOM gets an online activity boost from this collection.
