He started out playing soccer at 11 years old when I met the family. We went out, played around, and he loved it. When he was in highschool, the fb coach talked him into trying to kick some field goals and PAT's, etc. So, he started learning it in his sophomore year I believe. He can kick with either leg, and can hit from 55yrds like he was doing it from 25yrds. His long is 65, with either right or left.

Awesome mate! Any teams contacted him? Or is he still in HS or College?


Being to kick with either leg is a massive plus. Makes the (albeit limited angles) in the NFL easier to counteract.

He's talked with a recruiter from one team, I can't say which because he won't tell us!! He's in college and because he transferred from a school, he wasn't able to play for South Carolina this year. If he stays in school, he'll play next year if they can get around his eligibility issues. He's been to school too many years trying to further his degree's, etc. So I don't know too much about that aspect.

That's pretty pimp tight. I know the family of Jadeveon Clowney of the South Carolina Gamecocks. I remember before he chose his school, I was telling his cousin to tell him go to Alabama with Nick Saban. lol

Just an update..

Last weekend we were out at the field, and he hit 65yrds, with a defense coming at him, and it seemed like it was effortless. There are two colleges right now "scouting" him. He'll be going to talk with some people relatively soon. If he finds the right school that he wants, he might hold off on the NFL. He's still trying to figure it out, what's best for him. He's almost done with college now, and has a year left for his education. So, we'll see.

On a side note.. I can hit a 40yrd FG lol. I haven't kicked a damn lemon in about 18 years (off season from soccer, I was good from 53yrds). I doubt I get any offers.
