I don't get the fascination with VC, the map, when compared to SA, was terrible in pretty much every way. It was boring, repetitive and hardly any diversity in terms of environment...

( story and character wise I preferred SA, but that is just me)

I don't believe such visual fidelity in these screenshot will be on consoles especially when the world size is as big as R* says.
What black magic are they using?

On second thought Sleeping Dogs look phenomenal so maybe there's some truth to it

Well GTAIV was an early game of the generation. Late gen games have the most technologically advanced so they have optimized the engine and the game (most probably)

LOL guys, the trailer in my point of view was awful. I can now say that im not interested in this gta after seeing the trailer. All same cars models, graphics same as in GTA IV with some changes which doesnt affect the level of graphics but their look. The music in the trailer is horrible as well. The aircraft part though was the only thing which i liked. No idea why people liked the trailer so much, it didnt impressed me at all.

you havent even played it yet!!! its not all about graphics, i think its far better looking than IV tbh an thats all im saying for now! wont say much more until i got the game :P

Well, got to agree with you. Will have to play it first before making a final conclusion but from what i have seen im not interested nor impressed.

Seems like much of the story will filter through Michael's life. This game is going to be so so good. The world and environments vary a lot - can't wait to explore this new world

jk, but graphics doesn't make the game. Please don't sound like a PC elitist. This is BY FAR the best looking open world game to date. Period

I want to see what the all new Multiplayer is about. RDR has a awesome multiplayer but no one played it

I like the family struggle that Michael is seemingly going through with wife and daughter, and having to deal with his own crime life etc. Got a sopranos feel to it

you're just annoyed its SA and not VC, you should either accept the game as it is or just forget about it, you're obviously going to hate on the game even after it has released...

the game looks stunning for a game on a 5 to 6 year old consoles and with the amount of content and shit on screen.

So far it looks beyond stunning, already goty for 2013 :P
