You just contradicted your previous statement. Those screenshots are either improved with effects and aa or ingame max pc settings screenshots.

We all know rockstar use in game screens to promote their games, so if they just polish them a wee bit. It's not a crime for them to just do that

I am more concerned about the frame rate then the graphics. The frame rate of GTA IV on consoles was awful.
