March is the release month for this game, which date is still up for debate

The release window for GTAV is mid April to mid May. The going consensus at the moment is that mid May is more likely.

But if there is a pattern then I don't know what evidence there is for thinking March is the release month? GTAIV was initially aimed at an October release but was then delayed to mid April. Red Dead Redemption was released in April. Its pretty much officially been announced its after April since Take Two interactive (the owners of Rockstar) have announced to share holders it won't be released until their fiscal year 2014 begins and that doesn't begin until the 1st of April 2013.

On top of that I live in Edinburgh and have friends that work at Rockstar North they're not heading back to work next week into their crunch period, which they would be if they were 10 weeks from release. There were mutterings a few months ago that June was the release month but I don't think it'll be that late unless there are delays.

A release in March would put it in the first quarter. The game is said to come out during the second; April, May or June. Personally, I think we'll see it in May.

The PC version should be out by the end of the year.

so if that's the case, then still a close time and not a long way away.... But we have to hope a delay does not follow, if it does

then the three quarter is the next time it will be released and that's a long wait

While i agree how many would dislike it, I kinda liked it.

I liked the slow, simple missions like just driving and meeting people because that built up to the bigger and more crazy missions, it felt like a good mix. It felt more real too.

SR3 just felt like shit because of how OTT the missions became, they all became stale and typical. No variety basically ( not saying you want this)

Less tedious missions i think is something rockstar will change from IV.

I agree, but taking your friends out to play darts or go bowling were optional. The actual story missions were good. Just not as big as San Andreas'.

While major details regarding the upcoming “GTA 5” are scarce, today we have uncovered a small piece of information regarding the game, but many fans may also find this information interesting. Rockstar Games is known to implement a variety of radio stations into titles within the “Grand Theft Auto” franchise, as “GTA 5” will be no different.


In regards to the radio stations that will be provided through “GTA 5,” we have uncovered that DJ Kavinsky has confirmed that he will be appearing in the game on the radio station known as NightRide FM.

If that is indeed true then I am pretty excited about that!

I don't listen to music by DJs and such, and the only track I've heard by Kavinsky is "Nightcall" from the intro of 'Drive', and I fucking loved that, especially in the cinema.
The name of the potential radio station sounds appealing already too, as 'Drive' is one of my favourite movies, and if I can cruise around at night with some similar and awesome tunes then I am definitely going to be happy about that!

IGN mentioned that in their in depth look at the first trailer.
There is a hobo with a sign at one brief point, and he has a beard and what is similar to Niko's first outfit, but other than that it didn't really look like him. It was just something they thought and nothing was official.

I think they'll release it somewhere in May, where the most important exams finish. They plan to make this sh*t a big selling product. I expect a lot of people buying it, including me :P

understatement mate... I believe it's goig freaking rule

with the game being as a big as it is map wise and the entire scoop of random missions

that does not include the multiplayer

and even though not confirmed yet... Dlc's will make the game even bigger and more amazing
