probably should be in the design corner, but that seems filled with sig requests and competitions - which this isn't
firstly i don't have access to photoshop at the moment, due to a shite internet connection, but was looking for help cutting out a very basic image (a square/diamond) from a background (image 1), and also perhaps removing the colour from another image (image 2). i'll link to tinypic here, but it does reduce the quality - which is annoying because its going on a tshirt - although i'm not entirely sure what is a reasonable resolution. if anyone has any suggestions it would be appreciated!
