And the environment textures STILL look flat, bland and ugly. I don't dislike DW I used to play it all the time but come on guys. Put just a little more effort into this for me please.

I love the stories of the series...gameplay is repetitive but its easy to pick up and one of the few series that my gf will play with me lol

Yeah it's easy to bit up but come on and make some enhancements. I think just in the last one or two games they adding the ability to swim and climb ladders. They can be a bit better than mindless hack and slash. Originally Posted by DeviousOne

Well the last one u could swim, climb ladders, use mobile vehicles weapons, great stories I actually read about the romance of the 3 kingdoms in college so love seeing the stories come to life.
Improvements? I don't expect much from these games but I did enjoy the earlier games as ur rank got higher you would get more backup and I would like for them to include a better weapon process like in the warriors Orochi series

I don't disagree with you DO I just know I can't play DW as much as I used to. Do they have like an online co-op or anything like that nowadays? That would be fun to play with a friend.

I played co-op with my gf in the last one "7" in conquer mode but you can only play single inb story mode in the past you could play co op in story mode. Originally Posted by podsaurus

In story mode in the last one yes...conquer mode you can still hopefully they bring it back in dw8 for story mode

I think the last Dynasty Warriors game i played was DW 6. Not exactly a deep game but it was mindless fun for sure.
Looking forward to giving DW 8 a chance.
