Today I purchased MGS Peace Walker HD from the new PS store. As the game downloads, it slows down rapidly and stops at about 10% every time. I know for a fact it's not my router, rebooted it and was still having the same problem. I then tried downloading the Sleeping Dogs demo but it's download froze at 86%. What gives?

It could be the problem of your modem I suppose. Have you tried doing something to your modem ?
