In colorado it passed for recreational use. Its legal in the state however its a federal offense.
In mass its legal for medical use.
They should legalize it why not they can tax the shit out of it and make money.
I don't use weed but I don't judge anyone that does if that's what makes you feel good.

I read something about you can have 1 pound on you and there going to tax it some where. I'll find the article.
Colorado's Amendment 64 will allow adults over 21 to possess up to an ounce (28 grams) of marijuana, though using the drug publicly would be banned. The amendment would allow people to grow up to six marijuana plants in a private, secure area.

I don't see anything wrong with smoking weed. I just think its BS people get in legal trouble for smoking or growing it. Its a waste of your a mine tax payers money if the local county and state laws are in effect to "protect" people. Just to eliminate all the BS laws and money wasted prosecuting people who get in trouble and sit in jail for it is just unnecessary a lot of people smoke weed its almost as common as people who smoke cigs

yes, they did legalize it. the state that I know for sure is colorado, it's legalized for normal use their, but there is a limit on how much you can have on you.
I believe the few states that it's legal are testing grounds, if it's all good in the future then the rest of the USA will okay it.

I don't smoke, but I voted for it b/c I think it was stupid to put people in jail it.
