Ok so I went through and had a look at what has been put forth here and so far I have the following:

Intro
Story
Gameplay/Controls
Graphics
Sound
Multiplayer
Conclusion

+/- for overall (but could also be done for each category for the hardcore reviewers!)

Number rating out of 10. Mr Ixion posted this in another thread:

1 = Laughable

2 = Terrible

3 = Poor

4 = Substandard

5 = Mediocre

6 = Decent

7 = Good

8 = Great

9 = Fantastic

10 = Legendary

I think this gives a pretty clear picture. So this,so far, is the format, in its first draft. Any comments, alterations or agreement please!

If you are playing a soccer game with no multiplayer support whatsoever and no sound (shut up they happen all the time) then of course you won't write about multiplayer, story or sound in your review. If the game has these, then they should be covered. Just say yes for fuck sakes so we can get this bitch live

When I hear "Presentation", I think of menu, options, hud overlay. Things like that. How the game is actually being presented to you as you start playing.

But I might just be the only one that thinks that lol

Lol that's exactly what I think. Though Gametrailers has led me to believe that Presentation = t3h GFX only.

Seriously though, I like the option of just not mentioning it or grading it if it doesn't or can't apply (sports or racing game, etc).
