I don't really game much on either my iPad or iPhone but two games worth checking out are Simpsons Tapped Out (when it fucking works) and Plague Inc. Plague Inc is a very fun game and gets quite engrossing,

It's a really good game. Strategy comes into play but you feel quite successful when you've killed every last living person lol

My gf has been addicted to Plants vs Zombies on the iPad for a while now. I think she finished the game 100%.
I played the PS3 version but the iPad version is def more polished and has more content.
