I dislike going against a fellow designer's decisions twice but I have to agree with the Wii-U theme since it will fit it's launch.

I believe other countries celebrate it, but its not a very good theme for sig making. I reckon the WiiU theme should be good, as you can do one of the launch games, which includes AC3, NSMB, Arkham City, Black Ops 2, Darksiders 2, Scribblenauts etc...
