My lil bro and I were sitting on the stairs of a local park once (3-4 years ago). Suddenly he started screaming with pain and started crying. I didn't know what was happening, until his elbow brushed against my arm and I felt a huge jolt. Barely making sense of what was happening I grabbed him and pulled him away from where he was sitting. Turned out there were a bunch of naked wires coming from an electric outlet nearby. The poor kid had a shocking experience
