Yup. Which is why nobody should take the awards seriously. Every major gaming site crowns their own winner as well. And then you get Dead Island winning GOTY on a site and it getting a GOTY release. I have not been playing games recently... shit I should get back into it. I've skipped the Assassins Creed bandwagon.
Next year I will make a promise to my self that I will start playing more.
