GKMC was so over hyped, it's barely average
Best album of the year I believe would be Masta Ace & MF DOOM's MA DOOM-Son of Yvonne or Apathy's Fire walk with me
On a top ten list I'd throw in Life is Good, F&L2,Napalm,Keys to the Kuffs,Godz of the Serengeti,Give Me My Flowers While I can Smell Them,1999(Mixtape),Wing Zero Ep/N.E.R.D. Ep

What didn't you like about Good Kid, M.A.A.D City? I love the way it plays with narrative and just how honest it is.

Definitely a very solid Prog Metal album. I wouldn't put it quite that high, but they're a promising group.
