Hardline perk

I got a care package the other day with this perk on, it let me double click the care package to change the UAV. Now when I get a care package it wont let me double click on it. Anyone want to shed some light on this?

The hardline thing confuses me too. I don't use the care package, but it doesn't seem to make getting killstreaks any easier.

The double click problem you had was just a glitch... Hardline only lowers the requirements for kill streaks or in this case score streaks.

So the perk will not allow you to have double access to a care package, BLOPS2 is having a lot of glitches and problems still and this is one of them.

What I suggest to do so you can get rid of them faster, is regularly update your console and keep an eye out for game updates.

The engineer perk lets you roll the care package, not hardline. It also lets you see enemy equipment in red much like sitrep.
Are you sure you didn't have this equipped?
Hardline lowers the points required for killstreaks by roughly 20% from what I've read.
