    I don't do yoga but I do MMA to relieve my stress although a lot of the fighters at the gym do yoga and they say it's really great but never thought of trying it. Don't really know what I need or what to do!

    I used to do Yoga and also teach it to some extent! But, it's been almost 2 years since i last practiced or did anything at all!!

    I'll be going back to the basics though soon as my mind & body are not in a good state at the moment!

    I agree with the mind not being in the best state.I didn't expect any of you guys to do yoga here. I guess a old dog can learn new tricks.

    @Dre that's probably the best stress reliever ever.

    @Kuro MMa is something i always wanted to do. I need to look into it.

    Epic win!!

    @silver
    I'm very flexible and i can hold my breath for more than 2-3 minutes because of yoga! it is something i would not stop doing no matter what age I'm at.

    Also, Yoga is suited for all ages and it helps a lot in many ways if you're trying to have a healthy life style.

    I do a combination of yoga, Russian gymnastic stretching, and Capoeira.

    I was tired of being an inflexible tard.

    I did yoga as part of the P90X program. it is an excellent form of exercise, not just for relieving stress but for your flexibility in mind and body. You hit muscles and develop a kind of strength that you can only get through yoga. I keep meaning to incorporate this 90 min yoga routine into my life, but haven#t yet. Nonetheless, I highly recommend it to anyone. I would like to try a proper yoga class one day, instead of doing a DVD session, but it opened my eyes to its strengths.

    That second video was pretty cool and inspiring. The discipline in must take..years probably. I wish I could do that. I always thought yoga was just a female thing but after watching I'm impressed at the skill involved.
