No way I'd buy a 720 or ps4 when they release. They're way too expensive to begin with. I'll wait a couple years like I did with the current gen consoles. Besides, it takes a while for them to work out all the kinks in the first platforms

Eh if they both launch around the same time I'll probably still go with a 720. I'm more deeply invested in the microsoft ecosystem

I wonder what the launch line ups will be like for each of the consoles. I also wonder will next gen psn and xbla be able to top the wii u eshop launch.

This, much like the 360 will be a day one purchase. I would of bought the PS3 on day 1 as well but due to a financial burden at that time I couldn't and had to wait several months.

The great games keep coming for both consoles, but for me I am anxious to usher in a new era. It is time for some new hardware for this gamer!

    11 years and counting!

Amen. Even though I only got a 360 mid last year, we are still long overdue for new consoles

Yeah I'll wait as well for the same reasons. Launch day adopters are basically beta testers. lol

I'm looking forward to what we will see of the next Xbox at E3 (assuming that is where they show it).
