I thought it was epic, I'm not a huge fpser but this was on par and had better key points than the first although Black Ops 1 had an amazing story. They did a great job tying both games storylines together and expanding on what was already known from the original.
Coming from mostly playing Japanese games I can see why this did well in Japan.
Nice video at the end too, Woods is awesome ^^

I loved the story in BLOPS1, well explained and paced, great ending. BLOPS2, I'm up to the part where you ride horses for the first time... I have no motivation whatsoever to finish it. For me, it's missing something. Maybe it's just me, but I can't follow the story properly, so many names, timelines, places flashing back and forth. I've been putting plenty of hours into multiplayer and zombies, but for me, the campaign is a real let down.
Disclaimer: I may or may not know what I'm talking about.

It was alright but i still like MW2 & MW3 campaign better, but i like how you can create a class in Black Ops 2 campaign thats good

I sucked at the strike missions when trying to control the team from up above and where I wanted the claw positioned etc. Did them all with ease just controlling a foot soldier and doing the objective myself with the occasional use of holding L2 to order a squad to my position for back up.
Protecting the cargo in the desert I found the hardest as you couldn't control a soldier and had to be done with drones/claws.
I'd definitely recommend just controlling a soldier for the others though.

For me, it is the best SP since I started playing the franchise a few years ago.

I think its a great campaign, but personally I don't see much replay value in it. Not like COD4 at least. I was always a bigger fan of the MW3 campaigns.

I honestly don't like it so far. I got up to the part in which I rode on a horse and so far I'm really not liking it. I dunno what it is. Doesn't yet seem like a Call of Duty campaign in my opinion. Maybe it does further on but I dunno if I can be bothered finishing it to find out.
