Black Ops 2 error

Once in a while when I'm playing online, the textures are all green, as if it can't render it or something. Then next game, it freezes at the loading screen, and replaces the map preview with green. I have to shut down, and reboot each time, and then sometimes it doesn't even recognize the disk at all.

Any knowledge to be shed?

Oh that happened to me in Blops one I had to replace the disc cause it was a faulty disk.

So you are saying that the only fix is to replace the disk?

Yeah man it could be something else but I had to replace mine.

Would that effect the disk being...accepted? Cause it recognizes it sometimes, it just says that the disk needs to be cleaned or whatever.

That's odd. I guess if it's not able to read the data properly due to a disc error, it might replace those graphics with the green. I guess it's possible.

Well if its just the black ops game thats messing up then ya looks like you need replace the game can you take it back and get a new one
