Is the F-Zero series dead?

I haven't played an F-Zero game since the original SNES version but it's been nine years since the last title was released for a Nintendo home console. Do you think we'll see a sequel on the Wii U?

They're should be a new full fledged game. They have an attraction in nintendo land where you use the tablet to control the ship.

But graphic wise HD and with the table controller it would be epic and a new starfox

I don't like the controls. It would be better if it had normal controls once u get going it gets faster but I got frustrated and declared a huge fack this but now that we're talking about it I'm gonna play tomorrow lol

After the Christmas holidays, I ended up getting StarFox64, GoldenEye007 and WCWvsNWO World Tour. It was finally, my family and I went on vacation to New Orleans. Before we decided to go back home. We ended up in a small excursion to the mall. My dad and I were at KB Toys' Store. He bought me two games; BlastCorps and F-Zero X. That was my first FZero game and that memorable moment inserting it on the console was great. The game started to get addicted, racing maps intense as riding a rollercoaster and music was just bad ass. Nintendo definitely needs to bring a new one out.

All those games were awesome on the N64! What a great system!

Pretty much. Despite being in Nintendoland, there was an interview with miaymoto about him not realizing that the Fzero franchise had such a following and a sequel was wanted.
