friggin hell.. After watching this I made some fish and chips, although I didn't use the same fish but the batter was exactly how he did it.
Also, Gordon Ramsay was trained under Marco Pierre White. Even though Marco is doing knorr commercials, So far I've tried recipes from 2 videos and they were fantastic.
i'm stuffed but mouth is still watering. LOL
maybe this will get you hungry.

That did look pretty damn delicious..and I didnt have lunch yet aayyy! I didnt know Ramsey trained under him, that's pretty cool. I'm a fan of Gordon..not just his shows but he markets himself well, seems to have good business sense.
This reminds me I need to get a deep fryer. Although Gina and I did get an early Christmas present, a set of Bobby Flay pots and pans. Don't know much about that dude but his cookware is nice.
The older I get the more I like cooking.
