[December 24th PS+] NA gets Retro City Rampage for PS3 and PS Vita

I guess since tomorrow is Christmas they decided to give us the PS Store update early this week. The PS+ game is Retro City Rampage and its for the PS3 and PS Vita. There was also a bunch of discounts, which I wont bother listing, but thats a pretty lackluster PS Vita update.
